Abe Arrigotti - President, Sierra Corporate Management

 

Mr. Arrigotti graduated from California State University Long Beach with a masters degree in Policy Administration. 

 

Mr. Arrigotti began his career in real estate management with Oakwood Corporate Housing by managing several Oakwood buildings in Los Angeles, Orange County, Detroit, and Chicago.  He also managed a multi-family portfolio in Southern California for Lincoln Property Company and was assigned to several project teams including audit, due diligence, acquisition/take-over, and corporate housing.

 

Mr. Arrigotti is an ARM (Accredited Resident Manager), a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate with IREM, a licensed California Mobile Home Dealer, and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Arrigotti has been with SCM for over 10-years. He is the President of Sierra Corporate Management and guides the Company with a hands on approach in all aspects of the business and through insuring the Company reaches and realizes its mission statement every day. 

 

Richard K. Pinel - Vice President 

 

Rich Pinel serves as Vice President of Sierra Corporate Management. He joined the firm in 2007, bringing with him 15 years of Property Management experience complemented by another 10 years in Hotel Management.  Mr. Pinel’s unique, customer service-oriented background and orientation are applied to day-to-day operations as he focuses on implementing and enhancing Sierra’s policies and procedures and overall marketing program.

 

Mr. Pinel came to Sierra from Sunrise Management Company in San Diego, Ca, where he served as Vice President and Director of Property management for Five years. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of this Fee Management Company of nearly 150 mobile home parks and apartment communities located throughout Southern California and into Arizona. Prior to the, Mr. Pinel served as Director of Property Management from the Los Angeles firm of E & S Ring Management Corporation, a private real estate trust. There, Mr. Pinel oversaw a portfolio of nearly 6,000 high-end apartments and associated retail and commercial spaces including boat slips. Prior to his four-year association with E & S Ring, Mr. Pinel managed large residential portfolios with Legacy Partners (Lincoln Property Company) in several Southern California markets and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Pinel has also worked extensively in the corporate housing environment with R & B Realty Group.

 

Mr. Pinel attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where he majored in business. He holds a California Real Estate License and is a candidate for the designation of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  He also holds IREM’s ACCREDITED RESIDENT MANAGER® (ARM®) designation. Mr. Pinel was awarded the ARMâ of the Year in 2005 and the CPMâ Candidate of the Year in 2006 from IREM’s distinguished San Diego Chapter. Mr. Pinel served as an Executive Member and on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Apartment Association. He also served as an Executive Member of the Multi- Housing Council of San Diego. He is always an active participant and continues to serves on several trade association committees.

 

Bill Rex - Controller

 

Bill Rex is the Controller for Sierra Corporate Management, Inc., joining the team in 2009.  Mr. Rex came to Sierra Corporate Management Inc. from The Koll Company where he was the Assistant Controller and was responsible for the day to day accounting for their commercial and industrial portfolio.  Prior to The Koll Company, Mr. Rex worked with Shea Properties and CB Richard Ellis in various positions including Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller.    

Mr. Rex has over 14 years of accounting management experience within the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property management industry.  His strong leadership and organizational skills has helped him advance into the Controller role here at Sierra.

 

Mr. Rex graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in accounting.  In 2010 Mr. Rex completed his CPA and is currently active in California.

 

Jonathan Garcia - Regional Manager

 

Jonathan began his property management career over 13 years ago. His focus was on the management operations and leasing of residential high rise buildings and commercial properties. After great success Jonathan was promoted to Regional Manager where he managed over 1600 units located in Northern California, Texas and Arizona. He Joined Sierra Corporate Management in early 2011 as the Northern California Regional Manager where he manages over 1,000 spaces consisting of Apartment homes, Mobile Homes, and RV Spaces.

 

Mr. Ziese graduated from San Jose State University with an Associates Degree in Business Management, and a Legal Assistant Certification from MTI Business College.

 

In his off time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his significant other, family and close friends.


Debbie McKinney - Regional Manager

 

Debbie McKinney joined Sierra Corporate Management in 2010.  She serves as a Regional Manager for multiple parks located in our Southern California portfolio. 

 

Mrs. McKinney is a State Certified Residential Appraiser and she owned her own appraisal company for seven years prior to coming to Sierra.  She holds a California Real Estate License and following her education she earned a Paralegal Certificate from Saddleback College.  Debbie worked as a Paralegal for eighteen years specializing in litigation and franchising.  Additionally, during her employment as a paralegal she worked under the direction of a Court Appointed Receiver operating nine mobile home parks for two years. 

 

Throughout her career, Debbie has enjoyed her role in management and the challenges of resolving complex issues.  Her position as Regional Manager for Sierra has offered her  the opportunity to continue utilizing her skills in those areas and to expand upon her prior experiences.  


Walter Turskey - Regional Manager

 

Walter, a California native; joined the SCM team in 2011 as Regional Manager with parks located throughout the Southern California region. He has an extensive background in property management, bringing over 15 years of operational experience in the management of Commercial Properties, Self Storage facilities, and Multi-Family communities most recently with a San Diego, CA company. He has excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify, manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Walter is married to his wife of 7 years Nancy; he graduated from Coleman College with a certificate of completion in Computer Information Sciences in 1994. He has also participated and completed the Self Storage Association Managers Certificate Course 2006 and earned the CSSM designation in 2007.

 

Drita Bronkey - Sales Manager

 

Drita Bronkey joined Sierra Corporate Management in 2005 as a Park Manager and after proving her exceptional operational skills; she was promoted to Regional Manager in 2006.  She was responsible for overseeing various mobile home park communities throughout Southern California.  In 2010, Ms. Bronkey was again promoted to Sales Manager. She oversees the sales and marketing efforts of the California portfolio. Prior to joining SCM, Ms. Bronkey was a Paralegal with emphasis on civil litigation and also has experience in trademark preparation and estate planning.


Ms. Bronkey holds a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of La Verne and has earned her Natural Gas Utility Certificate.  Ms. Bronkey represents many parks on behalf of its investors in front of City Councils, Planning Boards, Home Owners Associations and other Civic matters and is a member of the Cypress Chamber of Commerce.

 

Sarah Nguyen - Office Manager

 

Sarah Nguyen joined SCM in March 2000 and is currently the executive assistant to the president, as well as an Administrative Office Coordinator.  At SCM, her responsibilities include managing and supervising the company’s administrative staff, attending to the company’s day-to-day office needs, and performing a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.  She also works closely with other departments and with senior staff to ensure that SCM’s mission is carried out effectively.  Even with a heavy load of work, she still managed to go to school part-time at Cal State Fullerton, California, to finish her B.A. program in Management.  She reached her goal and received her degree in May 2008.  She continues to grow and thrive for success and plans to be with SCM for years to come.
