Secure The Perfect Mobile Home For Your Family
Our Mobile Home Communities feature only the best mobile home amenities that provide a comfortable and safe neighborhood. What’s more, at Sierra we like to help out residents in need through our programs.
Residence Assistance Program
At Sierra Corporate Management, we are all about giving back to the community. Our Resident Assistance Program is designed to help residents in need. Previously called “Friends of the Deserving,” this program rehabilitates and repairs homes for those who don’t have the means to do so themselves, to ensure everyone has the right to a safe and comfortable space.
Our Rental Assistance Program can provide monthly rental discount of around 10% to those who need support. To find out who is eligible and how to apply, contact your Park Manager for further details.
We think it’s important to celebrate and encourage academic achievement, which is why our Scholarship Program awards scholarships to the young adults of our residents who are soon to graduate from high school. Talk to your Park Manager for eligibility requirements.
Special Case Repairs
We’re committed to ensuring that our residents’ spaces are safe and comfortable, which is why we offer Special Case Repairs to residents who otherwise would not be able to handle the maintenance. Services include painting, repairing a roof and stairs, replacing broken windows, toilets or heaters, and more.
We ensure that our properties are, first and foremost, top quality. We do all we can to maintain a safe and comfortable mobile home space to our residents.
Community Events & Updates
We’re a community-based service, meaning we like to give back where we can. Keep up-to-date on the community events we’re getting involved with.
