To be eligible to benefit from our Rental Assistance Program, applicants must:
- Be a homeowner and must have been residing in their current home for 3 years
- Meet the low-income guidelines used by the local Housing Authority
- Have a total monthly rent that exceeds 40% of total gross monthly income
- Not have personal property (e.g. bank accounts, automobiles, stocks, bonds, etc.) that exceeds $10,000 in value
How It Works
Our Rental Assistance Program shares to those who need help. Through our program we can provide monthly rental discount of between 10% - 15%, or even, in certain circumstances, give residents credit to offset their rent.
