Our Residence Assistance Program Helps Those In Need

At Sierra Corporate Management, we are committed to giving back to our mobile home community residents. Our Resident Assistance Program rehabilitates and repairs homes for those who don’t have the means to do it themselves, to ensure everyone has access to a safe and comfortable home.

Residence Assistance

Our Residence Assistance Program allows us to help many of our residents ensure their homes are as safe and as comfortable as possible. The services we often provide include:

  • Installing wheelchair ramps
  • Roof repairs
  • Painting of home
  • Stair and skirting repairs
  • Landscaping
  • Lot clean up

Rental Assistance

Our Rental Assistance Program can provide those in need of support a monthly rental discount of up to 10% to those who need support. It can even, in certain circumstances, give residents credit to offset their rent.

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be a homeowner and must have been residing in their current home for 3 years
  • Meet the low-income guidelines used by the local Housing Authority
  • Have a total monthly rent that exceeds 40% of total gross monthly income
  • Not have personal property (e.g. bank accounts, automobiles, stocks, bonds, etc.) that exceeds $10,000 in value

The application process is simple and easy. For more information and assistance on applying for Rental Assistance, or to find out whether or not you qualify, contact your Park Manager.

Scholarship Program

Sierra Corporate Management's Scholarship Program rewards our young adult residents for their academic excellence.

To qualify for our Scholarship Program, students must:

  • Have a 3.0 or higher high school GPA
  • Currently reside in one of our mobile home communities
  • Be planning on graduating high school this year
  • Be planning to attend a 3 or 4-year degree program at least part-time

We are proud to offer this to our most promising young residents. Interested applicants should talk to their park manager.

Special Case Repairs

We’re committed to ensuring every home is safe and comfortable, which is why we offer Special Case Repairs to homes in need. Services include both exterior and interior home repair to those who cannot make the repairs themselves:

  • Painting interior/exterior
  • Roof repair
  • Stairs repair
  • Skirting repair
  • Landscape upgrade
  • Broken window repair/replacement
  • Broken toilet repair/replacement
  • Broken heater repair/replacement
  • Broken stove repair/replacement
  • Bathroom/Kitchen floor repair/replacement
